Dr. Wunibald Müller, a theologian and psychologist, became familiar with therapy facilities in the U.S. for priests with mental health and psychosexual problems. Müller realised this in Recollectio-Haus, which he together with Father Anselm Grün OSB lead for many decades. Müller knows the causes of sexual abuse and pedophilia and the problems of celibacy. He is married and has two children.

Christiane Sauer M.A., Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Mediator has responsibilities in the "Ombudsoffice against Violence and Sexual Abuse" of the Diocese of Linz and is a member of the newly founded Victim Protection Advisory Board.

Priv-Doz. Dr. Andrea Taschl-Erber is a habilitated biblical scholar. She lectured often at bible science institutes in Vienna, Linz and Graz, in Dresden, Halle and Kassel. She received the Elisabeth Gössmann Prize for her work on "Mary of Magdala - First Apostle." Currently as Deputy Rector, she leads the field of "Religious Diversity" in theEcclesiastical College Vienna / Krems.

Herbert Bartl, a married priest for many years, did not become a priest "for the pope or any bishops, but for the community," he stresses.
He leads the association "Priests without Office" and encourages the communities to reflect on their own competence.

Dipl.-Päd. Renate Bachinger has been a religion teacher for 30 years in Primary School, and for 15 years leader of liturgies and funerals. Only now, with a new pastor, is she active as a fully fledged employee in the cluster of four parishes. She is married and mother of three children and two foster children.
